Why Keep Paying High Phone Rates?
When You Can Get Far More for Much Less Money
The power of the Internet merges with Vonage's technology to deliver incredibly
low prices for local, long distance and international phone service. With Vonage's
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) products you get superior digital sound,
phenomenal service and calling costs that are priced way below what you've been
paying. Can you think of a single reason to keep paying those high phone rates
when you can have much better service for a lot less money?
Linksys 802.11b Wireless Broadband Router with 2 Phone Ports
The Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router is really four devices in one box. First,
there's the Wireless Access Point, which lets you connect both screaming fast
Wireless-G (802.11g at 54Mbps) and Wireless-B (802.11b at 11Mbps) devices to
the network. There's also a built-in 3-port full-duplex 10/100 Switch to connect
your wired-Ethernet devices together. Connect four PCs directly, or attach more
hubs and switches to create as big a network as you need. The Router function
lets your whole network share a high-speed cable or DSL Internet connection
The fourth function is the phone adapter which enables high-quality feature-rich
telephone service through your high-speed connection even while you're surfing
the Internet. There are two standard telephone jacks, each operating independently
-- like having two phone lines. With Vonage Internet Phone Service, you'll get
low domestic and international phone rates, Caller ID, Call Waiting, Voicemail,
Call Forwarding, and lots of other included special phone features. Choose any
free local dialing US area code, regardless of where you live. Add a virtual
phone number in any area code, or even a US-wide toll-free number.
To protect your data and privacy, the Wireless-G Broadband Router can encode
all wireless transmissions with up to 256-bit encryption, and supports both
Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) and the industrial-strength wireless security
of Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA). The Router can serve as a DHCP Server, has
a powerful SPI firewall to protect your PCs against intruders and most known
Internet attacks, supports VPN pass-through, and can be configured to filter
internal users' access to the Internet. Configuration is a snap with the web
browser-based configuration utility.
With the Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router at the center of your home or
office network, you can share a high-speed Internet connection, files, printers,
and multi-player games, and turn that Internet connection into a high-quality,
high-value telephone service!

Manufacturers sometimes offer discounts when large quantities of products are purchased without fancy, colorful, retail packaging. We take advantage of these opportunities to bring you the same quality, retail product at a lower price. Retail packaging is designed to look good on a store shelf and attract your attention. It frequently includes more paper, plastic and cardboard than needed. OEM packaging is not as visually attractive but is far more economical and because OEM packaging uses less paper, plastic, ink and cardboard it creates less waste and is better for the environment. Although OEM packaged product ships in a plain white or brown box you can be assured it is the same quality product as the retail packaged version. Buying OEM packaged products saves you money and helps save the planet…GO GREEN AND SAVE GREEN. Included accessories, software, documentation, and manufacturer warranties on OEM products may vary from retail versions. The Linksys wireless router works extremely well with my Linksys cable modem. They look professional stacked together. I have owned a DLink for several years and when I tried to use Vonage - I never could get on line to use their service. Had no problems when I hooked up with Linksys. I did not even have to call my cable provider to connect my cable modem or router. It was all done for me. It has performed superbly for me. I have had absolutely no issues at all with this device. Thanks

I love linksys routers!!
Sometimes when I'm really bored, I drive around with my laptop open and find how many people have left their routers open and allow me free and total access to their networks. It is amazin the amount of people that do not bother to secure their routers. You find all sorts of brands of routers being left unsecured, but linksys is the unchallenged champion of selling products to idiots.

As an existing Vonage customer with a Motorola Phone Adapter, WAP54G, and a BEFSR41 I was looking for a device to reduce the total number of devices. This device replaced all three units that I had. All I had to do was call up Vonage after hooking this device up and give them the new MAC address. 15 minutes later the new device was up and running with Vonage. Very satisfied!
How Much
Memory Do You Really Have?
When you look at the specifications for a computer, it will display the
installed memory, and typically the maximum memory that can be installed.
However, while these are real values, they represent a potential useable
memory depending upon the installed operating system, and other factors. The actual useable memory may be different
(lower) from these values.
The reason is simply that a computer may have a limitation in the operating
system (such as Windows 32 bit versions), or configured to use shared memory,
which reduces the amount of RAM that is available to the CPU by using
some of it for other purposes, such as for video memory. In some
cases, you can control the maximum useable memory through system settings,
by upgrading from a 32 bit to a 64 bit version of Windows XP or Vista, or by upgrading to a video card that has internal onboard video memory.
But always
remember, that the amount of memory that your system reports, is not always
the amount of actual installed memory. For example, if you have 4GB
installed, 32 bit versions of Windows will typically report 3.2GB due to a
limitation of Windows itself. Also note that different Windows
programs report available and maximum memory differently, which can be
confusing. If you find that you need more
memory, we suggest expanding your system memory, since this is the most
effective performance increase, and the one that is easiest to perform .
