Seems to work fine. Phone support was good. All MS upgrades are over priced but, what do you do? |

I had no problem getting the card to work but I thought I was getting a disk. I hope I do not have any problems in the future such as having to reinstall or repair. |

I have still not been able to use this product. The card I was sent was for a test only. I had already paid the full amount. I cannot rate this product as I have not yet used it.

Getting just the license so that a download of the software can be done makes it a pain if you run into any problems. It is much easier to just have the software on CDs, and then they are available to reload software or use in updates to the software. |

If your computer already has the trial software loaded it doesn't get any easier than this. If you need to download it is about 410 meg not including the business contact manager. I have had a difficult time ordering the backup disks but that isn't the fault of the product. |
