I had to return the this PC due to the hard drive hanging up intermittently. The call in to the service dept was quick and easy and the return was easy. I had kept the original packing and UPS returned it at no charge to me. The replacement is now set up with my living room TV using HDMI and I am enjoying the music video's and other features of media center on my large screen TV. |

Recieved the computer promptly opened the box to remove the computer and the front face that covers the multicard reader fell off, oh well i saved 400 bucks so a little super glue would be fine. I started it up no hardrive detected and a bad fan bearing opened it up and plugged the cable in, and replaced the fan again no big deal for the savings. installed upgraded video card no problem. installed windows 7 went on like a like a champ. tv tuner has terrible reception for over the air and there was no remote included with mine. ok so i got what i paid for, in the end i THINK it was worth it. i just keep telling myself that |

computer setup was easy, seemed to be a nice fast computer - and then Windows started crashing several times a day - bluescreen error. I called Revonate(the actual company that refurbs these) and he had me reinstall windows but system still crashed, so i'm sending it back. |

Very fine computer. Fast, quiet and efficient.Some trouble with DVD eject button but all fixed now. DVD copies are perfect. Extremely good value. |

My refurb Gateway DX4640 came in flawless condition and I couldn't be happier with it. The box is loaded and fast! Media Center has Netflix and digital TV support built in and supports 7.1 digital audio. I would challenge anyone to beat the price or the quality of this unit. |
